A team of engineers if there is a technical problem, on presentation
of your client number, from 9 to12 a.m. and from 2 to 5.30 p.m. Direct
remote assistance with modem - Internet - PC anywhere. In the event
of reconnection to assistance (after a break) interventions will be
free only after a time limit of 9 months.
- 08.AS2 TRAINING (2 hours by telephone)
Answers to all your questions and assistance and training by telephone (2 hours included).
- 08.AS3 / AS4 / TRAINING
Training by the day, directly at the HEITZ training center (Avignon
France) or in your own premises. Travel costs are extra.
(the training sessions can be taken care of in the framework of the
1% employer , HEITZ is an approved training organisation with a national
approval number)
- 08.AS6 FEASIBILITY STUDY
HEITZ can develop or adapt to special concepts, for which there are
specific installation requirements, following a well-defined set of
specifications.
