Heitz wins the 2019 innovation award "service innovation". This prize was awarded at the Piscine de Demain conference on 3 December in Amiens. The most innovative solutions in the pool sector were presented during the day. The Minister of Sport also visited the event to meet the partners. A new 22nd edition within the Amiens metropolis.
Winner of the "service innovation" category
On Tuesday 3rd December, the jury of the PDD Innovation Award competition met for the 5th year. HEITZ System had the honour of receiving the special prize for "service innovation". Not one but two innovations were presented by Emmanuel Vincent, president of Heitz. The first was the facial detection system with pay-per-use. This is the one that won the prize. The second innovation, the connected shower, was proposed because of the problems of water treatment.
Innovation N°1: Facial detection
Until now we had turnstiles to get information from the IMF and the WFJ. Today, thanks to facial recognition, you can very accurately manage the attendance of your establishment, and of all the spaces in your establishment. This with a complete and accurate measurement of your attendance. A special camera recognizes all your users as they pass by. It is able to accompany them during their passage in your establishment. This allows you to pay for your services on a fee-for-service basis, without the need for a badge. And of course, the data is erased at the exit to remain in conformity with the RGPD.
Innovation N°2 : The connected shower
One of the main recurring and unsolved problems in French public swimming pools is the transition to showers. According to the studies made on this subject, a soapy shower would avoid 60% of the problems we encounter in the treatment of water in our swimming pools. Let's make it fun and inescapable thanks to a connected bracelet. Distributed at the reception desk of the pool, it will check if everyone has been able to take the shower necessary for the good management of the hygiene of our pools. A turnstile placed before access to the pool will only open if this operation has been carried out.
