The statistical part of the software allows the edition of all the statistics concerning the data entered in the platform. In the form of reports, PDF files or CSV export.
Customizable statistics
Generalstatistics consist of a set of statistics that you can assemble as you wish to create your own. As a result, you can choose to use simple or more advanced combinations, depending on your needs. For example, the same statistic can be selected with different parameters: the number of customers in unpaid status, the number of customers in unpaid status who have not visited since last month, etc.
More than a hundred statistics are currently available. They are grouped into categories for better visibility. Create more than a million possible combinations!
Save time with automated communication!
Your statistics act as filters among your database. Thus, once your listing is established, an e-mail or SMS can be automatically generated. This is the case for the entire contact list. All that is required is that an e-mail address and/or a telephone number is entered in the customer file (useful for birthdays or reminders). In addition, you set the time and date of sending!
Create your e-mail (subject, text) directly in the software. The editor also allows you to import HTML-formatted compositions, which you can have produced by your communications agency.

Enfin, les personnes chargées de garder le lien avec les adhérents et usagers peuvent également se servir de la partie statistique pour envoyer un message de bienvenue aux nouveaux clients inscrits entre le <DATE> et le <DATE>, une relance pour les clients qui ne sont pas venu depuis le <DATE>, ou encore l’envoi d’un message pour les clients nés le <DATE>.
